SWIM MOVE THERAPY
We offer private and duo aquatic sessions designed to support individuals through an inclusive, adaptive approach to water safety, movement, and swim skill development – all within a warm, welcoming community environment.
Â
Available in 30-minute sessions, these classes are tailored to the individual needs, allowing for focused attention while still feeling part of a connected and supportive space.
Â
Our approach goes beyond a swim centre – we focus on developing functional movement in the water. This supports body awareness, coordination, and confidence through movement patterns that feel natural, organised, and sustainable.
Â
Whether the individual benefits from one-on-one support or a shared duo experience, each session is designed to reduce overwhelm, build trust, and create meaningful progress – not just in skills, but in confidence and connection.
You’re not just joining a class – you’re becoming part of a supportive community where every child is seen, understood, and encouraged to thrive.

Our personalised program is thoughtfully designed for individuals who require higher levels of support in the water all the way through to those with more emerging independence or simple 1 on 1 child led learning.

***We will also be running small daily social movement programs of 45 min based on interest and registration.***
