This policy outlines how The Water Affect receives, manages, and responds to feedback, concerns, and complaints in a fair, respectful, and timely manner.

Policy Statement

The Water Affect values all feedback and is committed to handling concerns and complaints in a transparent, respectful, and solution-focused way.

The Water Affect is currently not a NDIS registered provider and delivers services to participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or privately funded.

Feedback & Complaints Principles

The Water Affect is committed to ensuring that:

  • Participants and families are encouraged and supported to provide feedback

  • All complaints are taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner

  • Individuals raising concerns will not be disadvantaged or treated unfairly

  • Complaints are managed respectfully, fairly, and with appropriate confidentiality

  • Feedback is actively used to support ongoing service improvement and development

How to Provide Feedback

Feedback or complaints may be provided verbally or in writing.

Participants may also choose to have a family member, advocate, or support coordinator assist them in providing feedback or making a complaint.
