Bookings & session allocations policy

The Water Affect provides lessons ongoing recurring weekly designed to support routine, consistency, and continuity for participants and families.

When a participant is enrolled into a session, that lesson time is reserved specifically for them for the duration of their enrolment or unless arranged to change days/ times with the water affect team. 

​

This will generally include the same scheduled day, time, and where possible, the same instructor to help maintain familiarity and consistent support.

​

As places within the program are limited, all session allocations are held exclusively for the enrolled participant and form part of The Water Effect’s overall service capacity and staffing arrangements.

Reserved session times are unavailable for casual use or reassignment to other participants throughout the term
