Looking for a way to move your body while spending quality time with your little one?

Babies and Me Aqua Fit is a 30 minute, low-impact aquatic movement class designed for parents and caregivers with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Â
Set in a warm, welcoming magnesium pool environment, this class combines gentle cardio and conditioning to help you build strength, boost energy, and feel good – all while keeping your child close, socialising with others and no worries about finding a crèche.

Your little one is safely supported in a flotation ring, allowing you to move freely while staying connected. It’s a relaxed, social experience where you can meet other parents, enjoy the water, and share special moments together.

This isn’t a swimming lesson – it’s about movement, wellbeing, and connection. No pressure, no expectations – just a fun, supportive space for you and your child to enjoy the water together.

Classes will begin on time to respect others in the group and any commitments that follow. However, you are always welcome to join the session wherever the class is up to upon your arrival.

We understand that transitions with little ones can be challenging, and some days are simply harder than others. Late arrivals are welcomed without judgment. Rushing children can create additional stress, so we support families in arriving at a pace that feels right for them.
